Guild Financial Services are now looking for a Head of Business Systems & Process specialist for a 12 month Cont ract based in our Hawthorn National office.
The purpose of this role will be to provide business intelligence that supports the growth, retention & service delivery areas of our customer base. You will be leading improvement initiatives, business systems ongoing development & providing robust analysis and management reporting that is used towards commercial decisions in the areas of distribution & marketing. This position will work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product and Information Services teams to ensure integrated implementation of growth, retention & service initiatives.
Some key accountabilities of the role will include;
- Gathering requirements, sourcing, implementing and developing high quality systems and processes to support business growth strategies.
- Coordinating and implementing effective database management techniques and initiatives.
- Providing data management services from 3rd Parties into our CRM system (SalesLogix).
- Identifying and driving process and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing relevant data and trend analysis to inform the strategic and business planning teams.
- Facilitating requirements gathering for Management reporting and designing, assessing data requirements, developing and delivering reporting.

Coaching, developing and managing the work and performance of Business Systems & Process team.
The successful candidate will be expected to have the following experience, skills and educational background;
Experience - Knowledge and experience working in the financial services industry (Superannuation preferred).
- Proven knowledge and technical experience of systems including CRM (SalesLogix) and Crystal Reporting.
- Must be able to demonstrate exceptional experience in data analysis and trend reporting.

Exposure to project management/improvement methodologies like Lean Office, Six Sigma are highly valued
Skills/Abilities - Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Well-developed cognitive and high analytical capability.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and highly motivated to achieve outcomes.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to successfully lead and motivate a team to achieve business targets.

Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate change effectively.
Educational Requirements - Undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline desirable or equivalent.

Advanced Diploma Financial Services (Superannuation) preferred.
