Numbers Executive is currently sourcing a Corporate Strategy Analyst for this well-known ASX listed business with operations globally.

The Corporate Strategy Analyst's key mandate is to support senior members of the Corporate Strategy team with respect to business development (M&A) activities, the strategic planning process and the project management of other internal strategic initiatives. Primarily responsible for owning and maintaining the Corporate Model, you will be required to periodically update forecasts and run a range of scenarios in relation to capital / funding, potential acquisitions, divestments and capital purchases. Furthermore, you will be required to undertake sector and company research, assist with the coordination of due diligence and project manage other aspects of transactions as needed.

The successful applicant will likely have worked in an Investment Bank or a Corporate Finance team within a Big 4 Accounting firm (such as M&A, Financial Modelling or Valuations). You will have a sound knowledge of financial modelling and valuation theory, possess a Commerce / Business degree and have completed (or part thereof) a post-graduate qualification such as a diploma of Chartered Accounting or the Chartered Financial Analyst program. With 2-4 years of professional work experience, you will be focussed on working hard to develop your personal brand and career within this well regarded organisation.
